Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds on eligible items returned within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

  1. 1Contact us at hello@bloomlane.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. 2We will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24 hours.
  3. 3Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier.
  4. 4Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.
  5. 5Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital downloads and gift cards
  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Orders returned after the 7-day window
  • Shipping and handling charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted — please follow the return process instead. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at hello@bloomlane.in.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or card provider as processing times vary. If you still haven't received it after 10 business days, contact us.
