Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or discounted items (marked as final sale)
- Digital downloads and gift cards
- Items returned after the 7-day window
How to Initiate a Return
- 1Email us at hello@bloomlane.in with your order number and reason for return.
- 2We will confirm eligibility and share the return address within 24 hours.
- 3Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- 4Ship it back using a trackable courier at your cost.
- 5Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or variant, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
